1. Director / Associate Director, Private Wealth

We are looking for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of capital markets and established connections in the institutional and corporate sectors. This role focuses on acquiring and managing institutional and corporate clients, driving AUM/AUA growth, and optimizing investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire and expand institutional and corporate client relationships.
• Manage client portfolios, providing investment reviews and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with the Fund Management team on asset allocation strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments.
• Engage clients through strong communication and presentation skills.

Manager, E-Business / Digital Marketing

Responsibilities:

-	Plan, Execute and Manage digital marketing campaigns to create brand awareness
-	Constant monitoring and strategizing marketing campaigns
-	Identify opportunities and improvements of current digital ecosystem with the use of web analytical tools
-	Identify and work with relevant social network and online financial platform to reach target markets
-	Lead internal and external video production for digital marketing, educational and brand awareness purpose
-	Evaluate emerging financial technologies and new trends for adoption and application to the Company’s e-business and develop test plan to ensure comprehensive functionality test of the new technologies developed

Requirements:

-	Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing/ Commerce/Advertising & Media Mass Communications or equivalent.
-	Preferably with 3 years of relevant working experience in Stockbroking Industry and FinanciaI Industry.
-	Strong analytical skills and good understanding of current online digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
-	Knowledge in website maintenance/design, social media, e-commerce and search engine will be an advantage.
-	Familiar with other marketing platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, Telegram etc.
-	Candidate who have passed the Securities Commission CMRSL module 6 & 7 will have an added advantage.

-	Identify new business opportunities and constantly look for new clients.
-	Monitor clients’ portfolios and furnish clients with up-to-date market news.
-	Trade execution for local and foreign shares.
-	Participate in all marketing initiatives and promotional programs including roadshows and events.
-	Provide technical support and assistance to clients.
-	Handling email enquiries and from call in clients.
-	Testing and ensuring the functionality of trading platforms when there is a system enhancement.

-	Apptrcants must possess at least a Degree in Business, Finance, IT or professional equivalent.
-	Preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in Stockbroking Industry and Financial Industry.
-	Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
-	Good command of Engtrsh and Mandarin.
-	Candidate who have passed the Securities Commission CMRSL module 6 & 7 will have an added advantage.
-	Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
